Advanced Molecular Research Laboratories, Inc. (AMR Labs), based in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania, is committed to providing accurate avian sexing based on cutting edge molecular biological testing.

The founders of the company have over 50 years of experience between them in the various fields of molecular biology research, diagnostic testing and diagnostic kit development.
 

Dr. Vogelbacker received her Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from the University of Pennsylvania. At AMR, Dr. Vogelbacker is responsible for identifying new business and scientific opportunities and generating academic and professional relationships relative to AMR services. She serves as President of AMR Laboratories and oversees operation of the testing lab.
 

Dr. Murphy earned her Ph.D. in Microbiology from Rutgers University. She brings a background of diverse work experience to AMR Labs. Dr. Murphy serves as Vice President of AMR Laboratories and is responsible for new testing and assay development.
 

AMR has established our state of the art testing facility in Plymouth Meeting, PA. This laboratory is designed to facilitate the processing of large numbers of samples in a manner that optimizes productivity while maintaining strict control over cross-contamination between preparative and processed samples.

The facility includes a sample preparation lab, a negative pressure PCR amplification lab used for testing PCR samples, a photography lab and a multipurpose lab. Laboratories are well equipped with instrumentation required for molecular biological procedures.
